They are not willing to accommodate the people who are helping to pay their bills and giving them a job. I have seen most of the wait staff get an attitude with customers over seemingly insignificant details. Wait times are always outrageous...I've waited over an hour for pizza on multiple occasions. The only reason I return is because it is one of the few places to get halfway decent food in Helen and even that has been lacking lately.
